Rose's mom comes to her first professional belly dancing gig and realizes how much joy it brings her daughter.

OMG! What in the world has MTV done to the NUYORICANS?!!! I can not believe the choices that they made to represent Nuyoricans!!! Lets start with Jose, who at least has a goal and has people around him to encourage and lead him the right way. Then there is Rose who really has an identity problem. You live in Spanish Harlem/El Barrio the capital of Puerto Ricans in NY! HELLO! Listen to your mom, take salsa lessons. Embrace your culture, learn about it, read about it.
