Jerry Seinfeld: Lady Gaga Should Apologize To Met Fans

Seinfeld should talk. Saying that he "hate[s]" her? I think giving the finger to rude people, in public, was immature on her part. She's young and has been under a lot of stress with her world tour and such. But for him to say he hates here, as a deliberate comment while seated in the comfort of a chair at WFAN, was, well, hateful. He should apologize to her.... more

Lady Gaga's 'Alejandro': Video's Religious Imagery Gets Mixed Reactions From Fans

I'm enjoying the Alejandro video. I love that Gaga takes chances. And, as a Christian, I'm not offended in the least. I found nothing against God. In fact, Gaga has professed her belief in God and Jesus, most recently on Larry King. As for the silly Madonna controversy, I grew up 'with' Madonna and have seen every one of her videos many times. Lady Gaga's 'Alejandro' Video: A Guide To Its Madonna References

Well, there are certainly Steven Klein references. No doubt Gaga picked him to direct because of his iconic Steven Klein Academy spread in W Magazine. Some of the Madonna references seem stretched to me. The Klein one is obvious and direct (no pun intended). Both Madonna and Gaga grew up in the Catholic religion, and both obviously have conflicts that they've explored in their work. Katy Perry has called the video blasphemous. As a Christian, I disagree. MIA's learned one of the best ways to get media attention - go after Lady Gaga. How much attention would her interview receive if not for the Gaga attack? One of the many things I've appreciated about Gaga is that she doesn't bash other artists. If she speaks about another artist, it's positive. Spotted: Lady Gaga Proves The 'Telephone' Cans Are A Way Of Life

She's having fun with the fashion industry. If people were content to create fashion using everyday objects - even trash - then the industry would be in trouble. I've been to her concert. There are a lot of creative designers among her little monsters. They made wonderful outfits using little money. It was like a grassroots fashion revolution. Taylor Swift Backlash: Readers Weigh In

I like the awards shows without the awards. We get to enjoy live performances by an array of great pop stars. As for the awards, fans of any of the nominated artists could make a case for their favorite. The performances are what got me to watch the show. Paramore's Hayley Williams Is 'Obsessed' With Lady Gaga

The "severed" hands were really a call out to her fans, the "Little Monsters". The hand claw is symbol of greeting among her and her fans. (So is the scowl and her barring of teeth sometimes when photographed.) I agree with Kaikai86. Gaga always brings something different. I enjoyed Pink's performance, but she's done something like that many times before. Years from now, the John/Gaga duet will be remembered as a Grammys high point and one of many of Gaga's "one and only" performances.
