hey stephanielashea, correct me if I'm wrong, but Chris Brown beat up his girlfriend. Whether he's black or freakin purple people are going to talk about it and generally put him down. Secondly, unless you were born in another country, your American, period. Thirdly, he put his hands on a woman, no excuse at all. Who gives a flaming crap if this is hard on him, he's a wealthy male who felt the need to beat his girlfriend severely. hey MADTOWN, go back and watch the first 10 movies again would ya. That whole looks like his mom things is a reference to the survivor of number 2 putting on his mom's sweater....just a little common sense to throw your way. I thought the movie was good. If you take out the new explanation to how Jason gets his mask, this is simply another sequel. The kills after the first 20 minutes were not very creative, but I won't say it disappointed at all. Stephen King Blasts 'Twilight' Author Stephenie Meyer
 
Good lord the people who have flooded this story with comments stating Stephen King isn't as good a writer as he thinks and all that jazz, are clearly misguided or just plain stupid. The man has won a number of top honors voted on by his fellow authors for the overall quality and style of his writing. The man makes a valid argument that, for the most part, the Twilight books are not well written masterpieces like Moby Dick.
