I've been dancing for 20 years....so i can absolutely say that they are not performing up to par! When I heard that there was an all girl dance "crew" and that they were a collegiate dance team ranked in the top 5 nationally I was so excited. But that performance last week was not anywhere near what my MIDDLE SCHOOL dance team or Cheerleading squad performed. They're a dance team, then they need to show their technique and actually get into what they're doing. Besides, other crews have classically trained dancers, but they work their technique into their choreography! This show IS a hip hop dance show! Sassx7 even said that they wanted to be a hip hop dance team. So saying that it's not fair to judge their dancing against other more hardcore hip hop crews is missing the whole point of the show and what the girls THEMSELVES said in their pre-dance interviews. It's so hard for all grild dance crews to even get on this show, so the one or two that actually do are expected to work twice as hard and be twice as good and it's disappointing to EVERYONE who knows even a LITTLE BIT about dance to see them not live up to what they claimed to be. Believe me, if they show up this week, I'll send a vote their way. but they;ve been phoning in their last two performances. They need to dance with a fire! The reason why other crews are more well received is because you can see the passion in their eyes. They are dancing like theyHAVE NOTHING ELSE IN THE WORLD BUT THAT ONE MOMENT. That's how you dance! That's how you perform! and I'm just not seeing it. The girls just looked overwhelmed when they danced. I want to see an all girl group succeed on this show, but what i don't want to see is a group that makes it even harder for other all girl dance groups to get some kind of respect.

I agree with AMANDA....i mean im not too much of a fan of SX7......BUT alot of the peoples comments on here are just out of line, disrespectful, and downright mean! Like I felt that Sass coulda brought it harder and they seem real stiff at times....but ITS NOT THAT SERIOUS. TO SAY THEY CANT DANCE IS JUST IGNORANT! People that say they have no talent have no idea how to judge dancers, prolly cant dance themselves, and know little to nothing about dancing period. Its kinda sad when u see people diss crews more than they give crews props. LOL They are actually real good at what they do and if they show off a lil more of their technique and come a lil more agressive theyll prolly save themselves.

oh and shhhh? please,....now that was BAD dancing, i can dance any kind of spanish dance better than them. wow. sass x7 is gunna go far, cuz they are talented, maybe not what you are used to, but they ARE. DEAL WITH IT PEOPLE! ;)

I cant believe how ridiculous some of these comments are.... GET OVER IT PEOPLE....they are NOT cheerleaders, they ARE dancers. they might not be hardcore hip hop but they are DANCERS and this is americas best DANCE crew. Im on the dance team at Rutgers, and you people have NO idea what dance is. Go try to do what we do and when you cant...which you DEFINITELY cant, come and say something, you wont. You people are ridiculous. I cant believe some of the comments about how they dont have heart. Hunny...you dont have heart, are you good at anything or just wasting your time on a MTV message board wishing you had talent. oh and to the girl who said monmouth u dance team was any good....what did they place sweetie? did they even make it past semi-finals...awww no. poor thing.

Yes, they ARE good at what they do. BUT, I feel like I'm going to get tired of seeing these routines. But I do want to see them do different things.

Im getting sick and tired of everyone hating on this crew, seriously they are probably the best dancers on this show, i dont see any other crews with people doing hitches and fueteas and all the tequnique. people just cant get past the fact that they arent completly hip hop. Another thing, Im a dancer and a cheerleader myself and yeah there moves are a little cheery but the ariel (no handed cartwheel) that the judges said was cheery to is really dumb because, ariels are more commonly used in dance, all the other crews are doing standing back tucks and roundoff backhandspring tucks guess what, thats 100% cheer! i would know. so all of you people should shut up, they are ACTUALLY dancers and this show was supposed to be for all types of dance not just hiphop. keep that in mind.

I must say, this is not to offend any fans or them themselves. This is arguably the worst team on the show and the worst performance ever featured on the show. They are one of the few teams that everybody can watch and say "hey I can do that", there moves aren't unique, lack difficulty and they do there moves in sections.

sassx7 is not a dance crew. get the difference between "crew" and "team". they started as a college dance team that resemble cheerleaders. Their banner even has a cheerleading megaphone! LOL

Ijcdancer12.......huh? as far as the so you think you can dance i know that there are hip hop dancers on that show but what I was saying was that show is basically a show that showcases all different types of dance styles - unfortunately from season 1 of this show ppl are used seeing hip hop so when you bring something different to the table ppl aren't going to be that acceptive to it as they think ppl would b
